Whether you want to build strength, relax and stretch, or even box, we have a class for you at a time convenient to you.

* Fit Quest -- Eight weeks of outside boot-camp activities or inside cardio/strength training -- the toughest workout you'll ever love. CHECK OUT THE ARTICLE ON FIT QUEST. Don't say we didn't warn ya...

* Kickboxing -- Rob or Sarah will guide you through a high energy class with bags, gloves, and the latest techno music around. Rob has studied Martial arts most of his life and will teach you the correct way to kick and punch to ensure a great workout.

* Spinning -- Don't come to Mary's class thinking you'll coast downhill. Mary, Sarah and Cindy will crank up the resistance as you peddle to a high-powered soundtrack.

* Yoga -- Meaghan and Cindy welcome students of all ages, backgrounds and levels of expertise. Start your journey with your own body and learn fresh ways to move, relax and breathe. Asanas (postures), meditation and ritual movement reconnect us with our inner body. Cindy's 6Pm Tuesday Yoga class is a core power style yoga class.

* Women on Weights -- No, you won't look like Arnold after you're done, but building lean muscle helps burn fat, especially if you've hit a plateau. Let Sarah help tone your muscles so you burn fat in your sleep.
