You've Got Questions?

How much is it?

Dues range from $40 to $70 a month. Most people average about $50 a month. It depends on how long you sign up for and if you join as a couple. There are NO INITIATION FEES if you pay up front, so you're saving dollars right off the bat.

Can I try the gym out for FREE before I buy?

Absolutely. We'll even throw in a free training session to help you structure your workout goals.

Are there any long term contracts?

Nope. You can come in just for the day or sign up for as long as a year.

Why are you better than other gyms?

We have all the equipment, all the classes, and all the trainers, but here's what we're not. We're not a meat market. We don't look like a bad Vegas hotel. We don't charge you an arm and a leg.

Are you just a bunch of body builders

We have a few people who train for professional body building and karate tournaments, but we are mostly regular people just trying to get in shape. We work very hard to make everyone feel welcome.

Do you cater to a certain age?

The best part of the Workout Studio is that people of all ages and walks of life feel comfortable here. We have college kids and retirees. We have young mothers who bring their kids, and we have empty nesters looking to get back in shape. It's one of the best parts of the gym.

Are there any programs just for women?

You bet. Join Sarah for 'Women on Weights'. See our Classes page for more details.

Do you have yoga?

Yup. Check out our Classes page for the schedule.

Do you have any programs for upcoming brides, spring breakers, or people looking to fulfill their New Years Resolutions?

Some gyms have something called Boot Camp. We have 'Fit Quest', a combination of cardio, strength training, and weights. We track your results on a week by week basis. It's the toughest workout you'll ever love.
